• Supervising and coordinating delivery and installation of ordered furniture at customer's place
• Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns and exchanges
• Reporting customer feedback back to Management and Product Team
• Maintaining and Tracking all deliveries. Coordinating with Relationship Team, Operations and other teams
• Executing various customer delight initiatives taken up by company from time to time
